To sign up for HUC, you must

1. Log on to https://www.usaultimate.org

2. Go the Membership Tab

3. Scroll down to membership levels ...When the tab opens on the right ….

4. Click on Youth Organizations

5. Join USA Ultimate and Select Youth Player and Purchase a Youth Membership

6. Returning Members will be renewed and added to the team Roster.

7. New Players: Send your USA Ultimate Account Number to huccoaches@gmail.com and you will be added to the roster.

8. Under Membership..Returning Members LOGIN and New Members Create an Account

9. Join USA Ultimate and Select Youth Player and Purchase a Youth Membership

10. Returning Members will be renewed and added to the team Roster.

11. All Players must sign the Player Waiver Under the Membership heading. Online. 

Please also Print the Medical Authorization form and fill that out (I have Blank Copies)

This can be done online if you choose.
